Work and Workout From Home

When we moved back to Maryland, I had 2 and 4 year old boys.  I didn't make enough money being an Environmental Scientist to pay for 2 daycare tuitions and I really wanted to be able to regulate their schedules with what they needed daily.  I started working in the childcare room of a local gym to get a free gym membership and not have to pay for childcare.  That didn't work out too well because anytime I wanted to go workout, it was naptime, dinnertime, etc, or there were so many germs going around I didn't want to take them to a gym.  

That's when I started "pushing play" at home during naptime. I would take a 20 min power nap and then get up and workout!  It was like my new start to the second half of the day. It left me energized for the afternoon and refreshed mentally!  My kids learned that it was "Mommy Time" and unless there was blood or a potty break necessary, do not bother Mom!  I was able to get a kick-butt workout in for about 30 mins that allowed me to lose my baby weight and gain strength needed to keep up with my growing family!  Sometimes they join in, sometimes they just play.  And yes, plenty of times, they fight and I ignore it.  (see above)  

After falling in love with the way my body felt on Shakeology and how much my daughter (super picky eater) loved it, I knew I would probably become a coach (if nothing else than for the discount).  See, I did network marketing before and I loved the socialization, but I'm not salsey and I couldn't push people to "buy" stuff.  I am still that way and you won't find me pushing anything on anyone!  I share what works for me and my family because I hope it may help you and yours as well!  But once I fell in love with PiYO and got certified to teach it, becoming a coach was just a natural extension of my life.  This was where God was leading me to help others!

I was already a "product of the product", I may as well earn some extra money and use my coaching skills to help others get stronger, healthier and feel more confident!  So, I'm here when you're ready.  If you need help choosing a workout program/or mix of workouts, if you're scared of "diet shakes" (shakeology is not, btw), or if you feel the same as me and want to join my team to help inspire others, let's talk!
